For a structured shared coaching experience with up to 16 other mums, with some support outside each session, then the workshops are a  good fit. If you want help on a specific topic then Kitchen Table Coaching with up to 8 other mums has you in mind. And if you just want a taster then come along to a seminar and find out what we offer.

Check below for our upcoming events.

1:1 Coaching

Coaching 1:1 allows for a personal and much more detailed level of support on any topic relating to returning to work that you wish to be coached on. We spend time scoping out your goal, understanding your strengths and how best you can achieve the goal you have in mind. Depending on the topic there is a higher level of support offered to anyone undertaking 1:1 coaching. For example if you choose 1:1 Coaching to prepare for returning to work, reviewing of job applications and cover letters would automatically be offered by your coach. Contact us for our rates.
